I love this challenge that we have for you over at Krafty Girls!
I always want to scraplift cards/scrapbook layouts and I feel guilty doing that for some reason! No more of that, this challenge is specifically for you to scraplift a paper project from someone that inspires you. It doesn't have to look exactly the same, but it's fun to see how close you can reproduce it.
My card came from the extremely talented Donna Mudinger from Popsicle Toes.
If you haven't seen her work, you must! She is a genius. She layers everything beautifully! I had a wedding coming up and remembered a wedding card that she had made that was so SWEET!
Here is my card:
The cutes are from Indie Art (Berries), Martha Stewart Birthday Cake Art (scallop border for the dress), Art Philosophy(Rose), Classic Cricut Font (Ovals to create the dress and the tuxedo) and Billionaire (Bow Tie).
After I cut the shapes I ran the leaves through my crimper, same as Donna, embossed the outfits, and added some pearl buttons. As a final touch I added a twine bow and rose to the "bride." I LOVED this card!
Here is my inspiration:
I tried to get every detail but I didn't have some of the materials available to me. I think Donna's card is so much more beautiful, but I gave it my best try and was happy with the results. By the way, I believe you can purchase this cut file. I would recommend this because the layers were a bit difficult to figure out. You can click HERE and see her post about this card.
I hope you have fun with this challenge! Try to challenge yourself by choosing something that looks complicated. It was kind of like trying to figure out a puzzle.
Thank you for stopping by!

Cricut Behavior Chart
You may know that I am a teacher and I love using my Cricut for classroom projects. My BFF Jennifer started to use a behavior chart for her classroom and had so much success with it that I decided to give it a try also.
I created my behavior chart using Art Philosophy from CTMH. I love how it turned out and my kids love trying to reach the top level. When you reach the top level the student gets called the "Fabulous Falcon" (Falcon is our mascot) all day long and they get a special celebration at the end of the day. It's been a great hit in my room! Thanks Jennifer!
Here is a picture:
I also want to announce my winner from the Krafty Girls blog hop! You still have time to play along in the "Face Off" challenge. You just have to incorporate a face on your project :)
Onto the winner:
Congrats to

My Favorite Sayings
I saw that Emma from My Creative Time is having a favorite stamp of the month linky party showcasing two stamp sets : My Favorite Sayings and Just a Little Note.
I just recently purchased Just a Little Note so I don't have much work with that one yet, but I've used My Favorite Sayings a bunch of times. If you don't have this set, run out and get it now. The awesome thing is it's on sale this month!
Here are some of my projects using this stamp set:
This is one of my all time favorite stamp sets! It's a lot of fun:)

Face Off! and Blog Hop
If you came here from Stacey's blog, you are on the right track. If you would like to start from the beginning you can go to the Krafty Girls page here.
Your next stop will be Karen but keep on reading for some blog CANDY :)
I have been MIA for a little while, things have gotten so busy at work, but we are nearing the end of the year and I will have way more time to craft again soon! I also recently broke my foot, and that has made everything so much more difficult, including getting into my craft room :(
I was so excited about this challenge because I got a chance to incorporate some PKS faces! The challenge this time around at Krafty Girls is to make a project that incorporates a face.
We are celebrating Nurse's Day so I decided to make our school nurse a card and use my all time favorite face for it from the Princess Assortment.

I love this card! The Crocs are so fun :) The cuts for the nurse are from Once Upon a Princess, the nurse gear is all from Everyday Paper Dolls. The ice was hand made. I applied glossy accents to a sheet of blue paper and cut little squares out of it once it had dried. The "ice" was put in a plastic bag and tied with twine to create the ice pack. The sentiment was handwritten using my Ranger Perfect Medium Pen. I love these pens!
Onto my candy:
